Calling all Winchmore Hill & Enfield Hockey Club members and friends, past and present! 

On Saturday 29th April 2023, we will be hosting our [re-arranged] annual Chairman’s Charity Match – a mixed hockey match which this year will be between the ‘Masters’ and the ‘Apprentices’, raising funds for our local hospice – North London Hospice – which supports more than 3,500 people with a life-limiting illness each year in the communities of Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. Many people connected with our club have experienced or will at some point experience the work they do – this is our way of saying thank you and helping them to keep up their amazing work.

The emphasis is on fun and raising money for charity, so don’t worry if you haven’t played for a while! The match starts at 12:00 at Southbury Leisure Centre, and we’ll then be heading back to Winchmore Hill Sports Club for drinks from 1:30pm.

We are asking for a donation of £10 to play (i.e. the same as our adult match fee) with all money collected via our JustGiving page and the proceeds going straight to the hospice, including gift aid where applicable.
